What products are eligible for exchange?
Exchange is eligible only in the following cases. - In case the product shipped is not as per order placed.
- Genuine quality concerns of the product. By genuine quality concerns we mean defective materials i.e. having manufacturing defect.
- In both of the above cases, Products should be returned in an unused and new condition.
- Please keep in mind that each inaraa product is made by hand and the beauty of each piece is that it embraces the imperfections and the affection that comes with a human touch. So please be mindful that there will be some inconsistencies and defects that they might carry.

Refunds
- Which cases, refunds will be done?
- Refunds will be processed only in following cases:
- Product lost in transit.
- The product shipped is incorrect item or not as per the order placed.
- No exchange or refund would be processed:
- In case of minor design variation.
- Since the products are made with love by hand and have passed many hands to work on multitude art forms, there will always be some variations on design and other elementsin such handcrafted products. Also, it is not possible to showcase the complete product design/other elements in electronic form in e-commerce.
- Color variations from what you see on the device and actual product.
- We make every effort to display the images and colors of products as accurately as possible in our website. However, as screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate to that of used in actual product.
- Incorrect delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
- Package refused by recipient during delivery.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Note: exchange or refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment in completely as it is (new state) condition with all its tags and packing elements intact, except if the package has been lost in transit.

Procedure for Exchange or refund

What would be the procedure for exchange or refund in eligible cases?
In the unlikely event that your product falls under category of exchange or refund, you would need to send an e-mail to us with a clear picture of the product. This should be done within 7 days from delivery of your order. inaraa.com team must receive an email at info@inaraa.com and your return request needs to be approved by the quality team at inaraa.com. After approval of the same, we would share the postal address where you need to send the defective item. -
Upon authorization of returns
Please note that once the exchange is authorized by inaraa quality team, the buyer needs to ship the necessary product to inaraa at the address provided by us. The shipping charges will be borne by inaraa to return the goods to the designated return address, however delivering the product to inaraa address in a safe manner is the responsibility of the Buyer. - Products that may have been damaged or defective or may have been sent by error will be fully refunded.
